Sourcing match facilitation, quotation coordination, or directory listings do not constitute an endorsement, underwriting, warranty, or quality certification of any product, design, or vendor.

2. Trade Contracting & Deliveries

All transaction negotiations, technical sign-offs, price agreements, shipping logistics, payment terms, installation services, warranties, and trade contracts are executed directly and exclusively between the buyer and the matched supplier.

Sparrow Connect is not a party to, nor holds liability for, any trade contract. We are not responsible for resolving quality disputes, delivery failures, defective products, financial defaults, or contractual breaches between matched parties.

3. Vetting & Verification Limits

While we perform basic profile verification (evaluating business registration, GSTIN, quality certificates, and reference projects) before adding suppliers to our network, we do not underwrite their ongoing financial health, technical compliance, or capacity. Buyers are advised to conduct their own independent technical checks, factory audits, and sample reviews before executing trade contracts.

4. Product Performance & Standards

All product specifications, testing reports, fire-ratings, acoustic performance, structural load capacities, or thermal efficiency ratings are supplied directly by the respective manufacturers or fabricators. Sparrow Connect does not independently test or certify product performance claims.
