1. Sourcing Matchmaking Service

Sparrow Connect provides specification coordination and matchmaking facilitation between buyers (architects, developers, contractors, procurement teams) and supplier partners (manufacturers, fabricators, importers, contractors).

“All transaction negotiations, technical sign-offs, purchase agreements, logistics, installations, warranties, and trade contracts are executed directly and exclusively between the buyer and the matched supplier.”

2. User Submissions & Accuracy

Users warrant that all submitted names, emails, phones, company registrations, turnovers, project drawings, and files are genuine and accurate. Sparrow Connect reserves the right to reject requirement postings or supplier registrations that do not meet verification criteria.

3. Platform Limitations & Liability

Sparrow Connect is not a party to any contract, transaction, or agreement between buyers and suppliers. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of products supplied by matched vendors.
• The financial viability, delivery capability, or creditworthiness of matched buyers or suppliers.
• Product compliance with structural, building safety, or architectural certification codes.

Consequently, Sparrow Connect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from supplier performance, late deliveries, quality defects, or transaction disputes.

4. Proprietary Information & Restrictions

Do not upload proprietary design drawings, trade secrets, or confidential specifications unless you hold necessary sharing rights. Sourcing coordinates and supplier database structures remain the proprietary asset of Sparrow Connect.
